In the process of solid waste treatment and resource recycling, air sorters are almost essential equipment. The main principle is to use the principles of aerodynamics to separate light and small substances from heavy substances in materials under the joint action of controllable positive pressure airflow and negative pressure airflow, and carry them upwards or horizontally into the settling chamber to separate light substances from air. Light materials are output through the light material discharge conveyor. Due to the inability of upward airflow to support its gravity, heavy matter settles on the heavy material discharge conveyor and is output.

The feeding conveyor adopts a high-speed belt conveyor to evenly distribute the materials on the high-speed belt and improve the sorting effect. The disc homogenizer (optional) can greatly increase the air sorting efficiency. The air volume, wind speed, and wind pressure at the fan outlet can be adjusted according to the needs of separating the types of substances needed. The separation drum allows the large volume of combustible materials to enter the light matter component settling chamber, which is made of 2-3mm galvanized steel plate and has dual anti-corrosion and pressure resistance effects. The exhaust duct is equipped with an interface connected to the dust removal and deodorization system, effectively controlling the pollution of the surrounding atmosphere. The air pressure in the air chamber is controlled as negative pressure and reducing dust. According to the sorting requirements, single drum or double drum wind sorting configurations can be selected. The design of each functional module is modular, which is convenient for adding and removing functions and post maintenance and repair without vulnerability. Maintenance downtime is extremely rare.
